One of my favorite healthy breakfast. Avocado toast with goat cheese and salmon – great healthy breakfast ideas.
It’s very simple and tasty breakfast recipes – also it is a great branch recipe.
Ingredients
• Goat cheese – 50 grams. I take with Provencal herbs.
• Yogurt – 50 ml
• Ripe avocado – 1 pc
• Lemon juice – 2 coffee spoons
• Bread. Any at your request.
• Salmon – 40-50 grams
• Green onions – 10 grams
• Sprouts, salt, pepper
How to make avocado toast 👩🏽🍳
• Squeeze with a fork cheese with yogurt.
• Peel an avocado, add 1 coffee spoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper and mash it with a fork. It’s called “guacamole” 🙂
• Bread in a toaster. Does not have a toaster – on the pan. There will also be normal)
• Cut salmon into small cubes, add finely chopped green onions, 1 coffee spoon lof emon juice, salt and pepper. Mix evrth
