Roasted Masala Chickpea
Ingredients
150gm Chickpeas cooked
500 ml of water
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Half lime juice
Preparation:
1. In a deep pan add water and boil chickpeas for 10-20 min till cooked, drain water add keep aside
2. Transfer to a bowl add all the spices and oil mix well
3. Heat a pan add the masala chickpea and cook for 5-10 min till all spices and cooked and they turn golden brown
