This vegetable Puttu | Colour Puttu really looks colourful and tasty too. It’s a unique breakfast recipe. You can serve it with Coconut and Sugar OR with kadala curry. This vegetable puttu or color puttu is a yummy dish for kids who don’t eat vegetables.

Ingredients for vegetable Puttu or Colour Puttu:
Roasted Raw Rice Flour – 3 Cups (Crumble)
Grind fresh Carrot – 2 tbsp
Grind fresh beetroot – 2 tbsp
Grind fresh Spinach -2 tbsp
Grated coconut
Salt

Method:
Add 1 cup of roasted raw rice flour; Add carrot paste & salt; Mix well ; if you need sprinkle some water; Moist orange colour Puttu flour is ready. Repeat it for spinach paste and beetroot paste also.
In the puttu maker (streamer) put grated coconut as a layer; then carrot flour layer; coconut layer; Beetroot flour layer; coconut layer; spinach flour layer; coconut layer.
Steam it for 5 to 7 minutes. Now vegetable puttu is ready to eat with good aroma and taste.
