today’s recipe is very yummy and delicious “anda bhurji” you can replace with tofu or paneer if you want and exact recipe of paneer bhurji is already up on my channel😊

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. in a kadai add oil 2-4 tbsp.
2. now add in garlic 6-7 cloves- crushed.
3. one medium sized onion chopped.
4. cook until it turns golden brown.
5. add 1 tomato chopped and cook well.
6. now add all the spices/masale: red chilli powder and dhaniya jeera powder 2 tbsp each, haldi powder 3/4th tbsp, garam masala 1/4 tbsp and salt according to taste.
7. cook this until oil separates on a low flame
8. now add in eggs.
9. scramble and cook for 4 minutes.
10. garnish with fresh coriander and serve with pavs and chai😌don’t forget to like,share, comment and save ⭐
