Ingredients;
1 cup besan(chickpea flour)
1/2 cup methi(fenugreek leaves)
1 green chill chopped
1/4 tsp haldi(turmeric powder)
salt to taste
refined oil for frying
Method;
mix besan with methi leaves,green chilli,salt and turmeric powder.add water to make batter.Heat a nonstick pan and grease with oil.Take a ladleful of batter and spread on tawa.cook both sides and apply oil.when done serve hot with chutney.
