Today we will make a very healthy and tasty
Arabic Style Salad.
The name is Fattoush.
Fattoush in Arabic means mix.
To make Fattoush we will first
add 2 tbsp olive oil in a bowl along with
0.5 Lemon’s Juice
1 tbsp White Vinegar
0.5 tbsp Salt
0.5 tbsp Black Pepper Powder.
Mix everything.
Now in a big Bowl, add
1 cup Diced carrots,
1 cup Diced Tomatoes,
1 cup Diced Cucumbers,
0.5 Cup Shredded Lettuce,
4-5 Olives sliced,
0.25 cup thinly sliced Radish,
0.5 cup Parsley or Coriander leaves,
0.5 cup Pomegranate,
and Oil mixture.
After that 1 tbsp Sumac Powder
1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses,
Mix everything.
Adding Sumac Powder is optional
You can buy Sumac Powder and Pomegranate molasses online.
After mixing the salad,
add fried Khubz or Pita Bread
This step is optional.
Fattoush is ready to be served.
Serve it in a bowl and enjoy.
