Yo people. Looking for 3 easy recipes to get shredded to the God damn bone… I got you 😂 But seriously, welcome back to another full day of eating and today, my calorie goal is 1500 calories. And as I say in the video, I don’t consume 1500 calories per day nor am I suggesting you do – the video is just to give you some good recipe ideas if you have a lower calorie goal. So, lots of protein, lots of volume etc.
