Here’s another round of the typical healthy snacks and meals I ate in college, but made vegan! My junior year of college was when I switched to healthy eating and did so by eating very simple, easy snacks and meals and that often required no cooking or no baking.

Eating healthy and delicious foods can be really easy!

GOOD MORNING
water, lemon.

BREAKFAST
almond greek yogurt (@kitehillfoods), peach, banana, raspberries, blueberries, v’nilla almond granola (@bearnakedgranola)

LUNCH + SNACKS
1 / ezekiel bread (@foodforlifebaking), peanut butter, blackberry jam
2 / snow peas, cucumber, carrots, bell pepper

DINNER
high protein/super firm tofu (@wildwoodfoods), vegan butter (@earthbalance), garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon, pepper, onion, vegetable broth (@betterthanbouillon) + sweet potato, salt
