I’ve never done a meal ideas video before but I get a lot of requests for “what I eat in a day” videos so I thought I would share a week of my dinners. I’m all about healthy dinners that are super easy and quick to make since I don’t like cooking! Turkey Stuffed Peppers:
Chicken & Tomato Pasta: Cook chicken in small, bite-sized pieces in Italian Dressing until done. Cook penne pasta and once done, add peeled, diced tomatoes and mix with chicken. Add more Italian Dressing, to taste, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
