Monay a classic bread in the Philippines
We always eat with cheese and nuttela.
It’s good served with coffee.
Similar taste with star bread but they have different shape.
Ingredients :
4 cups of bread flour
2 tsp. Instant yeast
1/2cup water
1/2cup milk
I large egg
1 tsp. Salt
50 g. Butter
For egg wash
1 egg, 1 tbsp. Milk
