Hey, y’all! I’m a married, homeschooling momma to two kids (and two cats). Living in a double wide mobile home in the country.

Cuppa Peach Cobbler:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 stick of butter
1 tbs baking powder
cinnamon
peaches
– Preheat oven to 350, melt butter in baking dish while preparing ingredients.
– Mix dry ingredients, then add milk and stir just until combined. It should be the consistency of pancake batter.
– Pour mixture into baking dish, then top with peaches and bake for 35 – 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.

Mississippi Pot Roast:
3-4 pound roast
1 package au jus seasoning
1 package dry ranch seasoning
1 stick butter
pepperoncini peppers and juice
– Place roast in crock pot, add seasonings, peppers with a little juice, and butter.
– Cook about 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
– We like veggies cooked with our roast. Carrots, potatoes, and onions go well with this. If you want to add veggies, put them in first, so they’re at the bottom of the crock pot. You can use as many of the peppers you want or they can be left out of the recipe.
