This huge bowl of ramen is low calorie (under 200 calories), filling, and hits the spot when it comes to a warm, comforting food.
This recipe is super simple and easy. It’s perfect for using up any leftover vegetables or meat that’s in your fridge! Also, it’s great for dieting and losing weight because it’s so low in calories!

RAMEN BROTH:
– 1.5 Cups of Stock of Choice
– 2 tsp Soy Sauce
– 1 tsp Sriracha
– 1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tsp Onion Powder
– 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Fresh Garlic
– 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (I didn’t use this because my broth was ginger flavored)
– 1 tsp Umami/Mushroom Powder Seasoning
* Use less/none Sriracha & Chili Garlic Sauce if you want is less spice
