Ingredients:
Cucumber – 1/2 cup
Pineapple – 1/2 cup
Avocado – 2
Tomatoes – 1
Onion – 1/4 cup
Corn – 1/4 cup
Bell pepper – 1/4 cup
Coriander – Handful
Parmesan Cheese – 1 tspn

Method:
1.) In a mixing bowl add chopped Cucumber,diced Pineapple,diced Avocado,diced Tomatoes,chopped Onions,Corn,chopped Bell peppers,chopped coriander and mix well.
2.)Transfer into a serving bowl and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.

Note:
1.) Add lemon juice for more tangy taste.
