1 Cup Milk
Fruits of your choice
1/4 Cup Grapes
1/4 Cup pear
1/4 Cup strawberries
1/4 Cup Kiwi
1/4 Cup Banana
1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
2 tbsps Nuts
