Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Chana dal & Urad dal mix – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Carrot – 1/4 cup
Green capsicum – 1/4 cup
Green chilli – 3
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Cooking soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee / Clarified butter
