Just cut your veggies and whatever sausage you like, and stir fry on the flat top grill. We used cabbage, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, onion, and a sliced apple for a little sweetness. The sausages we love are Aidell’s Chicken and Apple Sausage, but you can substitute any fully-cooked sausage.
This is a perfect weeknight dinner for your Blackstone or Camp Chef flat top… and it’s cheap to make too!
