METIONED IN VIDEO:
Spicy Veggie BLT
Ingredients:
Bacon (I use veggie bacon)
Onion
Jalapeno
Tomato
Bread (I am using sourdough)

Steps:
1. Heat up your pan with some olive oil + sliced up onions
2. Add your veggie bacon to the pan to heat up
3. Toast your sourdough bread
4. Spread goat cheese, lettuce, veggie bacon, onions, jalapeño, and tomato slices on top of one piece of the bread.
5. Add some salt and pepper
6. On the other piece of toasted bread, add some garlic aioli
7. Place that piece of bread on top and cut your sandwich in half

Veggie Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients:
Tuna
Vegenaise or mayonnaise
Mustard
Garbanzo beans
lemon
Onion
Tomato
Lettuce
Sourdough bread

Steps:
1. Smash up your garbanzo beans up in a bowl
2. Then add a spoonful of vegenaise, a couple squeezes of lemon juice, mustard, and garlic to the mixture
3. Dice up your onion and add that to your mixture as well
4. Mix it all together with some seasoned salt (optional) and pepper
5. Toast your sourdough bread
6. Once it is toasted, add your garbanzo bean mixture to one piece of the bread
7. Add some tomato slices on top
8. Add some more pepper and salt (optional)
9. Place some lettuce on top and then add your other piece of bread
10. Cut the sandwich in half

So yummy! (I served with some blood oranges and truffle almonds on the side!)

Pom & Beet Salad
Ingredients:
Beets (I bought prepackaged/precooked beets)
Pomegranates
Spinach
Green Onions
Cilantro

Ingredients for the dressing:
Red wine vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
Dijon mustard
Lemon

Steps:
1. Place your spinach mixture in a serving bowl
2. Add diced up beets
3. Add in pomegranates (as many as you would like)
4. Add in some chopped up green onions
5. Add in some chopped up cilantro
To make the dressing:
6. In a small bowl, add in your olive oil
7. Then add in your vinegar
8. Add a squeeze of dijon mustard
9. Throw in a handful of oregsno
10. A little bit of salt and pepper
11. Squeeze in some lemon juice
12. Whisk it all together
13. Toss your salad with dressing
