Ingredients
(1) Cucumber 1 pieces 150 grams
(2) Sandwich bread slice 2 pieces
(3) Curd 3 tbsp
(4) Black paper powder half tsp
(5) Rock salt (as required)
Preparations:
(1) Grate the cucumber
(2) cut down the sides
(3) In a bowl take the curd and beat it well and make it lump free then add the the grated cucumber,black paper powder and rock salt and mix it well
Method:
(1) Put 1 bread on on a flat plate
(2) Put the mixture on cucumber and curd on the the bread and spread it equally on all sides
(3) Put the another bread up on the the mixture spreaded bread
(4) Cut the square sandwich diagonally like triangle
(5) Serve it with ketchup
শশা ও দইয়ের স্যান্ডউইচ
উপকরণ:
(১) শসা ১পিস ১৫০ গ্রাম
(২) স্যান্ডউইচ এর জন্য পিস কাটা পাউরুটি ২পিস
(৩) দই ৩ টেবিল চামচ
(৪) গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো ১/২ চামচ
(৫) বিটনুন প্রয়োজন মতো
প্রস্তুতি:
(১) শশাটি কুড়ে নিন।
(২) পাউরুটির ধারগুলো কেটে নিন।
(৩) একটি বাটিতে দই নিয়ে মসৃণ করে ফেটিয়ে নিন। এরপর কোরা শসা, গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো, নুন দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিন।
প্রণালী:
(১) প্লেটের উপর একটি পাউরুটি নিন।
(২) তৈরি করে রাখা দই শশার মিশ্রণটি পাউরুটির উপর একটু পুরু করে মাখিয়ে নিন।
(৩) অন্য একটি পাউরুটি মিশ্রণটির উপর দিয়েএকটু চেপে দিন।
(৪) ছুরি দিয়ে মাঝবরাবর কোনাকুনি ত্রিভুজ আকারে কেটে নিন।
(৫) টমেটো কেচাপ দিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
