Ingredients (12 Muffins)
– 150g Oats
– 50-75g Sweetener (depending on your preference)
– 2 Eggs
– 200g vanilla yogurt (0.2% Fat)
– 100g Milk
– 100g Blueberries
– 1/2 lemon
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
OPTIONAL: 30g Whey Protein Powder. Will Increase Macros of 120 Cal and 24P.
Bake in the oven 180°C(350°F) 35-40 min.
