Pumpkin Spice Protein Frappucino

Macros for the WHOLE 16oz Frap:
136 Cals, 6g Carbs, 4g Fat, 19g Protein!

Yes not 100 cals exactly! It’s a better clickbaity title so forgive me for I have sinned 🙂

*Macros are for 2/3rds of the recipe because it makes about 24oz.

Ingredients:
20g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein
12g Pumpkin Spice Protein Cookie Butter Powder
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Dash of Pumpkin Spice (can add more if you want)
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
½ Cup Coffee of your choice (make sure it’s cold!)
50g Pumpkin Puree

– You can sub any flavor cookie butter flavor to change up the flavor!
– If you do not have cookie butter, sub with a vegan vanilla protein powder. You won’t get as strong of pumpkin flavor so maybe sub in the pumpkin pie extract.
– This can 100% be made dairy free if you want to sub in a vegan vanilla protein powder. I highly suggest snagging some of mine! Best in the game not even close! “FDL” saves you 15%
