An easy and moist Banana Bread or cake Recipe that is loaded with bananas, choco chips and chopped almonds.This is one of our favorite overripe banana recipes.
To make the best flavourful banana bread that comes out super moist, it is important to start out with those ugly, overripe bananas! In the video above you can see the bananas that I used for this recipe.These bananas are just ripe enough to work with. They need to be a dark yellow with lots of browning. You can use bananas that are even darker than this! The riper the bananas, the more moist your bread will be and the more banana flavor it will have!
To make it bit healthy I have used wheat flour.you can use maida instead.
INGREDIENTS
* 3 banana, ripped
* 2 eggs /1/2 cup curd/1/2 cup milk +1 tspn vinegar or lemon juice
* 1/2 cup sugar, or 3/4 cup depending on sweetness of banana
* ½ cup oil or butter
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup choco chips or raisins or any nuts of your choice
* 1.5 cup wheat flour / atta or can use maida
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tspn salt
* 1 tsp baking soda / sodium bicarbonate
* You can also add ¼ tsp cinnamon powder / dalchini powder
* 2 tblspn chopped almonds for the garnish
