Cube shaped diced Carrot 1/4 cup
Diced Capsicum 1/4 cup
Diced Yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup
Diced Red bell pepper 1/4 cup
Diced medium sized onion 1no.
Chopped baby corn 1/4 cup
Finely chopped ginger 1 inch
Finely chopped garlic pods 5 nos.
Spring onion green 1/3 cup
Chopped French beans 1/4 cup
Chopped green chilli 2 nos.(Optional)
Olive oil 2 Tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Corn flour slurry [ corn flour 1 tsp + Water 2 Tbsp]
Hot water 1 1/2 cup (approx.)
White Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp (for garnishing)

It’s best to first blanch the broccoli and carrots, but don’t overcook them, you still want to retain a bit of bite after stir frying.
