Back to meal preps!! I am so excited to get back to meal prepping after a crazy busy month!! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season!! This week I am sharing a quick and easy meal prep. For breakfast, I made a recipe from WW Pound Dropper called Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole. For lunch, I made my Chicken Fried Rice.
