EASY Healthy soup recipe-

Ingredients
5 to 6 cups water
1 bunch Monster kale
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
3 medium russet potatoes
3 Tbsp Knorr veggie bouillon
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Tarragon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 small bayleaf
1 chayote or 1 zucchini
1 small piece of ginger
Optional proteins- smoked salmon, fish, chicken (small cubes), silken tofu
Topping- round of lemon and avocado
