Number of parathas from this quantity:- 25

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour-5 glass (my measuring glass is 175ml).
Green Gram-11/2glass
Spinach/Vegetables -as per your choice
Turmeric powder-1/4 -1/2tsp
Chilli powder-3/4 – 1 tsp
Cumin powder-3/4tsp
Water-1 3/4 glass
Salt
Oil/ ghee

METHOD
Firstly cook well the green gram with salt in a cooker . It should be bit mushy.
Now take the required wheat flour.
Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, cooked green gram, spinach or cooked vegetables.
Mix well and knead the dough like
chapathi.
Now roll it and put it on a hot greased tawa.
Apply ghee/oil on both sides and prepare it like chapathi.
Serve hot protein rich green gram paratha with tomato chutney or lemon dates pickle or salad.
