Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 2 cup
Fresh methi/fenugreek leaves – 1 cup chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
Green chilli – 1/2 tsp crushed
Ginger – 1/2 tsp grated
Jeera /cumin powder – 1tsp
Ajwain – 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Water ~ 1 cup or as required
Oil – for greasing and roasting
Extra wheat flour for dusting
