Eggless Banana Bread | No Maida, No White Sugar, tender Crumb | Healthy Snack for kids Tiffin
Here is the recipe for a quick, healthy and delicious snack cum tiffin recipe. Kids love this healthy bread and I love it because it is super quick to make and saves time and can be stored in fridge for 3 days that means you have a ready snack in hands.
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 medium sized bananas(over-ripe)
1/3 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp milk of choice
