I love using my instapot to cook because its quick and easy. So you see me using that for 2 of these recipes to cut down the time to cook! RECIPES:
One Pan Sausage & Veggies
– 1 package lite sausage
– 2 bell peppers
– 1 zucchini
– 1 squash
– 1-2 lbs mixed mini potatoes
– 1 whole onion
1. Chop everything up, cover with a little olive oil & your fav seasonings.
2. Put in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour – 1 1/2 hours
Taco Casserole
– 2 chicken breast
– 1c Rice
– lite sour cream
– 1 can southwest corn
– 1 can beans
– 1 can tomatoes
– 2 Taco seasoning pack
– 1 pack ranch seasoning
1.Cook in airfryer 2 frozen chicken breast
2. Cook rice with taco seasoning (1/2 a pack if using a pack)
3. When chickens & rice is done shred the chicken
4. Combine in bowl 3/4 of source cream & package of taco seasoning & ranch seasoning
5. Throw everything into large glass dish
6. Bake at 350 for 20m
Chicken & Dumplings:
– 3 frozen chicken breast
– 2-3 Carrots
– 2-3 Celery Sticks
– 1 Onion
– Better than bullion
– Olive Oil
– 1-2 tsp Minced garlic
– OPTIONAL Heavy whipping cream/milk
DUMPLINGS
– 2c flour
– 4 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp salt
– 1c Milk
– 4 tbsp Oil
1. Cook 3 frozen chicken breast
Cooked in airfryer (15 min With 1 c water & better than bullion) ) Save the broth
2.Heat pot & chop up Veggies & add to heated pot with oil & sauté
4. Once sautés add minced garlic until fragrant then add 6-8c water plus better than bullion
5. Add the chicken & season to your liking bring to a boil
6. Prepare dumpling mixture
7. (OPTIONAL: Add heavy whipping cream or milk or evaporated milk)
Once boiling drop tbsp size dumplings into pot and cover with the lid for 15m then its ready to serve
