Come and make two quick, simple, healthy, & nourishing radical fat-free dinners with me – here are two of my weekend meals 🥬🥔🥒 both of which are customizable, flavourful, and full of healing foods ✨

Dinner breakdowns:
1. Baked Potato Bowl with Cilantro Cream Sauce 🥗
Cut & bake your potatoes at 425 for 30-40 minutes (until done to your preferencce)
Prep all of your veggies (I used lettuce, tomatoes, panfried mushrooms (no oil), green onions)
Make your Cilantro Cream Sauce (pea pesto recipe down below, I swapped the parsley & basil out for cilantro)
Put your bowl together and top with chili flakes (optional)

2. Big Salad with Sundried Tomatoes & Hummus
Make your hummus & set aside (linked below)
Prep all of your vegetables (lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber noodles, sundried tomatoes, tomatoes, parsley, dates, and green onions)
Put everything together in your bowl, top the salad with lemon juice & maple syrup, then dollop your hummus on top, and top with black pepper
