Delicious Easy Salad Recipe – Quick Healthy Lunch Idea Millet Salad – Leafy Greens Pasture Raised Eggs and Sheep’s Milk Feta Cheese – 4 Ingredients Plus Seasoning

If you are a busy individual and have very little time to cook, but you want to eat healthy then this salad recipe is for you 🙂 It contains all the nutrients your body needs – fiber and protein rich.

You will need only 4 Ingredients plus seasoning. I recommend to cook millet and eggs on Sunday’s and keep in fridge so you could make this salad in minutes during the week for lunch to take to work, as i do 🙂

Very easy salad recipe

RECIPE – SERVING FOR 1

1 1/2 Cups of organic leafy greens of your choice – spring mix with arugula, or baby lettuce mix
Season with 1/2 tea spoon iodized sea salt (link bellow not sold in all stores)
2 table spoon of red wine vinegar
3 table spoon of high quality extra virgin olive oil
mix it very well , then add
1/3 cup of cooked millet – i buy bob’s red mill brand, (link bellow) and cook it for 20 min , then wash it in cold water to wash away starch and to make it loose for the salad)
1 or 2 Pasture raised boiled eggs , season eggs with black pepper
Sprinkle with 1 table spoon of sheep’s or goat milk cheese’s
you can also squeeze about 1/2 of lemon juice on it – optional

you will love this easy healthy nutrient rich recipe – once a week it is perfect !
