HI BBY and welcome to my brand new cooking show! In this cooking series I’m going to be focusing on quick and easy college meal ideas that are perfect for busy college students who live in dorm rooms, don’t have access to a kitchen and only have their microwave and mini fridge. It’s just proof that you don’t need a fancy kitchen to eat healthy in college!

This video has 3 epic & healthy college breakfast recipes, ALL in the microwave so they’re fast and simple to make. These college recipes will have you feeling amazing and ready to tackle all your mountains of homework (hopefully you don’t have too much since we’re just starting September!)

I was inspired by Pick Up Limes, Binging With Babish and Joshua Weissman for this new cooking series so I hope you like it! Ingredient substitutes:
Pumpkin puree = coconut oil
Coconut sugar = regular sugar
Cinnamon = pumpkin spice
Almond milk = water
Pancake mix = wheat, gluten free, almond or oat flour
Greek yogurt = coconut yogurt
Deli meat = vegan meat (tofu, tempeh, sausage, etc)
Coconut oil = any flavorless oil
Maple syrup = honey or agave
