HEALTHY SUMMER SNACKđź’•Yogurt Bark made in no time, and so so good!
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 cup (230ml) coconut based yogurt
1 tbsp raspberries
1 tbsp dark vegan chocolate
1 tbsp chopped almonds
Instructions:
1. Pour yogurt onto a plate covered with parchment paper.
2. Top with finely chopped chocolate, almonds and raspberries.
3. Freeze for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
Tip: Use a yogurt that contains a good amount of fat. Light yogurts will crystallize when frozen.
