We have taken the last few months to really focus on our health. CJ and I noticed that we as a family were getting sluggish, suffering from inflammation, and not living in the best health that we could be. We really hunkered down and committed to a specific gut healing protocol and cut out all processed food, grains, and also sugar.
We added a lot of fermented food, rich in probiotics, and consumed a TON of bone broth. We went through such an intense phase of healing both physically and emotionally, haha it’s amazing how much those things are connected. It’s been amazing and also very hard. But we wanted to share a little peek into what a normal day of eating looks like to hopefully inspire you and give ideas if you are wanting to pursue a healthier diet.
