Growing up in a Japanese family, we had a lot of fish. Our parents opened one of the first Japanese restaurants on Long Island in 1975 so tasty food and cooking have always been really important. As our parents have grown older, nutritious foods that are easy to eat (and easy to cook) have been critical for their health (and ours too!). Today my sister Kari and I prepare a fish recipe for dinner. It includes flounder recipe, spinach with shiitake mushrooms. Do you know shiitake mushroom benefits? We also make some fresh saute tofu. This recipe smells and tastes as good as it looks!
