Today. It’s about making pumpkin bread pudding. This recipe is from my cookbook Satisfied With Whole Grains on page 79.

Pumpkin Bread Pudding Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cups cubed bread (leftover bread, or leftover pancakes)
2 cups of milk (
3 eggs
1 cup maple syrup
16 ounces canned pumpkin puree
1-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cranberries

Now we’re going to pour this over top and it will work its way down in there. Now you could do this into a just a mixing bowl and mix it all up.

We are going to bake this at 350 degrees F for about 4045 minutes, and you want to test it to make sure it’s coming out nice and clean. And you’re gonna love this, this is totally going to be a delight at your family table.
