4 ripe bananas mashed (about 2 cups)
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
55 g coconut flour
3 tablespoons corn flour
Pinch of sea salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Optional:
Chocolate chips and/or
Chopped walnuts or pecans
Peanut or almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
