Ingredients-

Water Chestnut /Singhara -1/2kg (peeled and cut in half)
Ghee -1tbsp
Chili flakes -1tsp
Roasted jeera powder -1tsp
Black salt + White salt -as per taste
Lemon juice -1tsp
Crushed black pepper-1tsp
Coriander leaves-1tbsp

Method-

1- Heat ghee in a pan, add the water chestnuts and salt. Sauté on a medium flame.
2- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3- Next add the chili flakes, roasted jeera powder, black pepper and mix well.
4- When the singhara is a bit dry, add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
5- Tasty tea time snack is ready.
