Ingredients:
* 1 cup lobia (black eyed beans or cow peas or rongi or chawli)
* ½ inch ginger (adrak), 2 tomatoes (Tamatar) paste
* 2 to 3 medium garlic cloves (lahsun), finely chopped
* 2 medium sized onion finely chopped
* 1 or 2 green chilies chopped
* ½ teaspoon Panch poran seeds (jeera,shuaf, methi, kaala jeera & dhaniya)
* ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
* ½ teaspoon red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
* ½teaspoon garam masala powder
* 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
* 1 teaspoon chaat masala
* ½tablespoon oil
* 1 to 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)
* salt as required
