Ingredients
2 medium egg plants steamed
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp EVOO
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp sesame seed
4 scallion washed and shopped1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp pepper flakes
Steam the eggplant
Transfer to a bowl.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, salt, scallions, sesame seed, EVVO, Pepper flakes all together.
Pour over the egg plants and mix.
Wait for 30minutes and enjoy!
