I want to show you my 3-day meal preparations for proper nutrition.
These will be breakfast lunches and dinners. For snacks, I usually have fresh vegetables and fruit or yogurt. They don’t require prepping them.
I will make all my meals in portions, which I find very convenient.
First, I wrote a list of all the dishes I am going to make, and then I will assemble ready portions from all of them.
First of all, I put the rice and pasta to boil.
I also boil the beans, which I soaked in water the night before. I also immediately put the eggs to boil.
Now I will prepare the meat. I have about a kilo of chicken filet. I will use it for two different dishes. So I cut 300 grams into small slices, and I used the other 700 grams I cut as for steaks.
The meat will be sliced into steaks and marinated. We’ll take 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, chop a few cloves of garlic, add salt and pepper, one teaspoon of paprika, and half a tablespoon of mustard.
Stir and add to the meat.
Now we send it to the fridge and return to it in an hour.
