easyy healthy bread:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup multigrain flour (i used:
2 tsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar/honey
– mix the the yeast with water and sugar and let proof for 10 min
– add in the flour and salt and use a spatula to combine
– rest the rough dough overnight (3 hrs works too)
– fold the rested dough gently with some whole wheat flour (you can use your hands or a spatula for this)
– rest again for 1 hr
– score with a sharp knife and bake at 180°C for 40 min (25 min covered and 15 min uncovered)
– wait till the bread has cooled down completely before serving!
