Ingredients and Method

heat pan on medium heat and add

1) Oil – 2 tea spoon
2) fine chopped onion – 1 small size onion

and sauté well. now add

3) ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tea spoon

and fry the paste. now add

4) boneless chicken – 200 gms small pieces.
5) salt – as required
6) red chili powder – 1/2 tea spoon
7) cumin powder – 1/2 tea spoon
8) black pepper powder – 1/2 tea spoon
9) turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon
10) chaat masala powder

and mix it all together…. now add

11) some water

cover and cook till chicken is well cooked.
after chicken is well cooked, mash chicken with masher.
and add

1) boiled egg – 1 egg grated
2) boiled potato – 1 potato grated
3) salt – if needed
4) green chili – 1 chili fine chopped
5) lots of fresh coriander chopped.

mix all together and make cutlets .
now dip this cutlet in a

1) beaten egg – 1 egg

and coat it with

2) bread crumbs

and keep aside.

AT THIS POINT IT CAN BE STORED IN A AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
FOR 1 MONTH IN A FREEZER.

Tip- BEFORE FRYING DON’T THAW. IF YOU FRYING FREEZED CUTLETS

fry cutlets in oil on medium to low flame until golden brown color.

serve hot with tomato ketchup…
