Grilled chicken breast

Ingredients are:

Chicken breast : 500gm
Beaten yoghurt: 50gm
Cumin powder: 1tsp
Coriander powder : 1tsp
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
Chilli paste: 1tsp
Ginger paste: 1tsp
Garlic paste : 1tsp
Lemon juice: 1 whole lemon juice
Salt: as per taste
Butter : 1tbsp

RAITA
Ingredients are:

Yoghurt: 200gm
Chopped cucumbers: 1/2 cucumber
Chopped onion: 1 small
Green chillies: 1 small
Chopped coriander: Little amount
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Black salt: as per taste

PROCESS OF MAKING GRILLED CHICKEN :-

A) In the bowl take 50gm of beaten yoghurt, then add all the dry spices and add ginger, garlic paste, lemon juice , salt and mix all the ingredients very well.

B) In a another bowl take 500gm of chicken breast (100 gm each) and add the masala paste into the chicken and mix properly.

C) keep the marinated chicken for 3-4 hours .

D) After 3 hours , Heat a pan add 1tbsp of butter, and add the marinated chicken.
Cook it for 4-5 mins low to medium heat .
After 4-5 mins, flip of the chicken breast pieces (cook it for another 4-5 mins)

E) After that remove the chicken pieces from the pan and serve it with Raita , onion and lemon 🍋.

PROCESS OF MAKING RAITA :

A) In a bowl add 200gm of yoghurt, chopped cucumber, chopped onion , chopped coriander ,
Salt, pepper and mix them all and Raita is ready to serve.
