BREAD PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
Chopped ripe papaya- 2 cups
Bread pieces- 4 nos.
Honey- 4 tbsp
Oats- 3 tbsp
Sunflower seeds- 1 tbsp
Chopped nuts- 2 tbsp
Milk- 1 medium glass
Curd- 1 cup
Coconut Water/Water- 1 cup
Ice cubes
Vanilla essence-1 tsp (optional)

Method:
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and grind it well. Now pour the prepared smoothie to a glass and top up with chopped nuts and serve.
