Healthy Vanilla Collagen Waffles (Paleo, gluten-free, & refined sugar-free.)

These healthy vanilla collagen waffles are so scrumptious. They are thick, crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and made with nourishing ingredients! These waffles are paleo-friendly, gluten-free, and sugar-free (refined sugar-free if you add maple syrup.)

Ingredients:

⏺ 3 @vitalfarms pasture-raised eggs.
⏺ 5 Tbsp @elmhurst1925 unsweetened cashew milk.
⏺ 2 Tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter, melted.
⏺ 2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods vanilla extract.
⏺ 1/2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Ceylon cinnamon.
⏺ 1 cup almond flour.
⏺ 1/4 cup arrowroot flour.
⏺ 2 tsp coconut flour.
⏺ 2 scoops @furtherfood vanilla collagen.
⏺ 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt.

Let’s get this waffle party started 👩‍🍳:

1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl whisk the eggs.
2️⃣ Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Heat your waffle iron and coat with grass-fed butter or spray with avocado oil.
4️⃣ Pour batter into the waffle iron (I used @cuisinart )and spread with a spatula (if needed.) Cook waffles according to your waffle iron’s instructions.
5️⃣ Serve & top with your favorite waffle toppings. We enjoyed them with grass-fed butter & organic maple syrup.
