Recipe:
• 2 @josephspitabread pitas
• 2 @traderjoes Italian chicken sausage
• 1 tbsp kale pesto
• 1 tbsp pizza sauce
• 2 servings or lite cheese (chose whatever blend)
• diced basil & tomatoes
• drizzle of balsamic glaze
I use two sausages but they dont fully fit on the pizzas so I’ll eat the rest – 1 sausage link is 17g protein (2 links = 34g protein) & the pitas are 6g per one (12g total).
I dont typically time my cooking (I know bad of me) but I do put it in the air fryer @ 450° & I’d say for about 10-15 minutes.
