INGREDIENTS
Quinoa – 1/2 cup (Rinse quinoa properly)
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Cook for 15 to 20 mins on low
flame with the lid on
When cooked let it cool completely
Cucumber – 1
Tomato – 1
Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/4
Onion – 1
Red Bell Pepper – 1/2
Chickpeas – 1 cup
Add salad dressing
Mix Well and put it in the fridge for atleast 30 mins before serving
SALAD DRESSING
Olive Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp or to taste
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
