Making healthy treats during the holidays can be lit too!
Easy, no-bake recipe perfect for snacks/breakfast on-the-go, holiday gatherings, kids’ lunches, and post-workout recovery.
Packed with energizing protein, healthy fats, & complex carbs (the good kind, from the oats), while still bursting with flavor & micro nutrients.

You’ll need:
1/2 Cup oats, Old fashioned
2/3 Cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 Cup ground flax seeds
1/2 Cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons honey
A couple dashes of cinnamon (optional)
1. Combine all 5 (or 6) ingredients in a medium bowl & stir to combine.
2. Roll them bad bois up into balls
3. Place in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes
(Can do this before rolling them into balls to make it easier, but I didn’t because I like to live on the wild side, and because I didn’t read the full instructions)
4. Then, Enjoy!
Makes 12 so you can share or keep’em for yo-self.
Can store in fridge for up to a week!
