No Mayo chickpea sandwich
This no Mayo chickpea sandwich is mouthwatering.
Take boiled chickpeas and combine chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, coriander and spinach.
Mash it well.
Add salt to taste and pinch of black pepper.
Now take hung curd as we are making healthy sandwich , toh Mayo sab mat Lena.
Mene Muslim cloth mein dahi rakha tha overnight and see it’s done
Now add it in the mixture and mix well.
It looks so colourful and bright.
Taste kar hi lete hain .. it’s so yummm
Now I’ve taken theobroma multigrain bread
Roast it on tawa
Can you hear the crust.. perfect
Now comes the layering
Load the bread with chickpea mix and top up with iceberg lettuce
Place another piece of bread
Now repeat it again
Cut it and enjoyyyy
