Today I will be sharing Healthy Ragi Rotti (in 2 Ways) made with added spices and onions to make it taste better. I have used the ragi flour along with wheat atta in the recipe. In this way, you can avoid the breakage of roti and roughness of roti.
I will be sharing 2 different ways of doing this Ragi rotti.
The first method will be using butter paper and the second is doing roti directly on the tawa. You can opt for whichever is easy for you. This roti can also be prepared using banana leaves.
The ragi rotti can be preferred for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s easy to digest.
